During this conference participants will learn about:
Jurisprudence and Nursing Ethics: All nurses must complete at least 2 hours of CNE relating to nursing jurisprudence and nursing ethics before the end of every third two-year licensing period. Contact hours completed for this requirement do count towards completion of the 20 contact hours of CNE required for all nurses
Opioids and the use of Narcan in Schools: SB 629, Opioid use by students and Opioid Antagonists available on school campuses
Understanding Student Behavior: School Nurses will be provided with the latest brain research and how to create better rapport and connections with students from primary to secondary grades.
