Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week evidenced-based training program in which participants practice present-moment awareness and gentle yoga to reduce stress and wake up more fully to life.
Participants are asked to commit to attend all 8 sessions and attend the half-day retreat to receive full credit of CPE hours awarded.
The retreat will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023, times will be announced during the October MBSR sessions.
All classes (including required orientation and retreat) will be held virtually on ZOOM.

Class size is limited to 25 participants.
