A Step Toward Improving Quality and Rigor: Standards Based IEPs for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities




This session will support educators in increasing their Skills in developing critical components of IEP including PLAAFP, Goals/Objectives and Progress Monitoring Methods.  This session is designed to provide time and support for participants to apply the Quality & Rigor Rubric to the IEP's, PLAAFP, Goals/Objectives and Progress Monitoring sections to their own IEP documents.  There will be several opportunities for participants to create PLAAFP's, Goal/Objectives, and Progress Monitoring Methods that are rigorous and of the highest quality.

Important Session Information:
