Using CSEP for Special Populations
Special Education




This session will demonstrate how to use CSEP with special populations (e.g., Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Emergent Bilinguals). While the basic steps of CSEP are used for the assessment, these populations need additional consideration. Using the Review, Plan, Assess, Decide steps of CSEP will highlight how to select tests, collect and integrate informal data, and communicate results to in a diagnostically precise manner. Case studies will be used and resources will be provided.
