EPISD - Data through Observation; What is your Focus?
Insightful Observation




Introducing how to be more insightful when working with our students and each other by utilizing Insightful Observations. Developing observation skills that turns our focus from ours plans to actual student responses which in turn tells us what we need to focus on next. Being aware that our observations are true data and how to communicate that data for ourselves, families and in the student’s plans.

2. Define and implement initial attempts at Insightful Observations.

3. Describing insightful observations as measurable and observable data to collect, document and communicate.

3. Describe a variety of objectives for planning.
