Participants will use the Texas Performance Standards Project (TPSP) Assessment Rubrics and student TPSP examples to assess student proficiency and expertise in the research process to ensure students reach and/or exceed knowledge and skills requirements of: TEKS, State goal for Gifted/Talented students, Texas College and Career Readiness Standards and 21st century workforce.
