The need to support bilingual education teachers has been identified at the local level. The South West  Association of Bilingual educator will come together in collaboration with      ESC 19 to create support opportunities for local educators.

Service will consist on aligning the Bilingual Education Standards to the advocacy of bilingual education, relationship building and future professional development needs.
