Identifying vulnerability and how to use it to move from my comfort zone to the ''I tried it" Zone. Participants engage in empathy stories that help to be self-reflected through open ended story question prompts. Gaining insights on how it looks and feels to attempt something new based on the why through self-reflection. Applying this process to students as they attempt new strategies and techniques in therapy and learning environments.

1. Defining vulnerability and it’s purpose.

2. Identifying my why that leads to trying something new.

3. Identifying the difference between my comfort zone with no why to the “I tried it” zone that supports my why.

4. Describing and identifying unmet needs and abilities through empathy open ended story question prompts.
