The goal of the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) is to provide a clear vision for what districts and schools across the state do to ensure an excellent education for all students. The ESF provides the basis for school diagnostics and for aligning resources and support to the needs of each school. It is the starting point for improving internal technical assistance, capacity building, and aligning partners to support the continuous improvement process.
The ESF Overview for School Improvement training is required for campus & district leadership of a campus that is committed with the School Improvement Grant (SIG) or the ESF Focused Support Grant. Any campus not committed with the SIG or ESF Focused Support Grant is encouraged to attend.
Registration is limited to no more than 4 members of the Campus Leadership Team which must include (at least) the: Principal, DCSI, and the Principal's Supervisor (if not the DCSI).
