In this course participants will be preparing a home cooked 30-minute meal, it is easy to fit the family pleasing home cooking into your busy schedule. Participants will be cooking fresh and fast food preparation. Two broad areas are addressed: Food safety preparation, and sanitation rules; cooking techniques and food recipes. Lectures are enhanced by classroom activities, and handouts.
