Success with Staff Personalities & Generational Differences

CNP managers/supervisors will learn how to identify and manage the different personalities of Food Service employees.  Additionally, CNP managers/supervisors will develop an understanding of generational differences.  Concepts of valuing employee differences will be highlighted in the workshop.  Participants will investigate personal traits and how such integrates with leadership and management. All will gain insight about others and themselves to become better leaders or managers. 
Managing Conflict in the Workplace

Conflict happens and can be managed with constructive or destructive results.  Workshop participants will see how they personally react to conflict in the workplace.  CNP managers/supervisors will learn causes of conflict, the meanings of conflict and how conflict can be productive.   Additionally, CNP managers/supervisors will gain tips for dealing with non-productive behaviors in the workplace.  The RESOLVE model will highlight steps and solutions to control or resolve conflict.
