The Institute on Effective Instruction for Struggling Readers: Research Based Practices is intended for secondary level educators who are teaching struggling readers. The purpose of the Institute is to provide: literacy content and instructional adaptations so that the students can access the curriculum, information about the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), and objectives that can relate to Individualized Education Program (IEP goals).

- 1/31/20 8:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. (Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary)
- 2/11/20 8:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. (Word Identification and Fluency)

Fee: $75 per session, three part series will be $225.
