The Educational Leadership Academy is focused on strengthening the capacity of our local educational leaders.  ESC-Region 19 Educational Leadership Academy (ELA) is focused on increasing the leadership capacity of school leaders to ensure continuous improvement of schools and the academic achievement of all students with the context of today's dynamic educational landscape.  The Academy's leadership model is centered on a professional development approach that is anchored on research-based best practices and offers practical, real world hands-on training, self-reflection tools, collaborative, and up-to-date knowledge on effective school leadership.
