Transform your independent practice into a high-leverage coaching moment. Designed for both teachers and campus instructional coaches, this session breaks down the mechanics of aggressive monitoring to eliminate learning gaps during the lesson.

In this 3-hour workshop, participants will learn how to implement aggressive monitoring (aka academic monitoring)—a high-leverage strategy for real-time student data collection.

Walk away with an actionable framework to build student independence and drive immediate academic growth campus-wide. 

Objectives:

  • Analyze standards to build a teacher exemplar with explicit success criteria.
  • Design an optimal classroom layout and a strategic, data-driven walking path for independent practice.
  • Execute systematic tracking codes to gather real-time data and deliver instant, on-the-spot feedback.
