ESC Region 19 Leadership and Accountability Department provides professional development and technical support to district/campus teachers and administrators for the purpose of supporting their efforts in meeting the academic needs of their students.

Important Session Information:


Understand how district decisions shape campus conditions and student outcomes through this foundational orientation to the updated Effective District Framework (EDF) and Effective School Framework (ESF). Participants will explore the alignment between district systems and campus practices, build readiness for the fall diagnostic cycle, and gain clarity on required pre-work, including artifact submissions, administrator questionnaires, and the Lever 4 Local Classroom Review (LCR). Leave equipped to identify an accurate starting point and use evidence-based insights to drive sustainable campus improvement.
Please Bring a Device: Participants are requested to bring a laptop or tablet to the session to support navigating data and accessing the digital school improvement resources.
