Leveraging AI in Leadership Summit (Brought to you by ESC 19 in partnership with Google for Education & ConnectEd Learning Community

Session Description: Artificial intelligence is reshaping how school systems operate, lead, and prepare students for the workforce. District leaders face an urgent need to move beyond awareness and take clear, strategic action.

The Leveraging AI in Leadership Summit is a full-day, in-person experience designed for K–12 decision-makers, including school board members, superintendents, assistant superintendents, chief technology officers & teams, curriculum leaders, executive directors, district administrators/directors, and campus leaders such as principals, assistant principals, instructional officers/coaches, lead tech teachers, and librarians. In collaboration with ConnectEd Learning Community and Google for Education, this summit focuses on bridging the gap between AI’s potential and its practical, secure application within school systems.

Participants will engage in hands-on learning and strategic planning centered on district-wide AI adoption, organizational readiness, and workforce alignment. Leaders will explore real-world use cases, assess their district’s AI readiness, and develop a customized roadmap aligned to their mission, vision, and instructional priorities.
