The Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) is a critical component of Perkins V implementation and drives every major decision related to CTE funding, program improvement, and student outcomes. This session is designed for CTE administrators and other school leaders involved in the CLNA process who need an understanding of the purpose, structure, and leadership responsibilities associated with completing the CLNA effectively. Participants will receive an overview of the CLNA requirements, key components, and the administrator’s role in supporting data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and alignment between the CLNA and the Perkins V local application.
