The Virtual Classroom Management Support Series is an after-school professional learning opportunity focused on strengthening classroom management practices. Offered twice a month via Zoom, this series is designed to be delivered in small chunks to support ongoing learning without pulling teachers from instruction. Sessions are open to teachers, campus administrators, and professional learning staff. Each 90-minute session includes a review of a TIER or PBIS resource, guided discussion, and small-group case study work.
Objectives
- Identify effective classroom management strategies aligned to PBIS and/or TIER frameworks that support positive student behavior and engagement.
- Apply proactive classroom management practices to real-world scenarios to address common behavioral challenges.
- Collaboratively develop a practical classroom or campus-based management plan that can be implemented in their own professional setting.
