Charting the Course

This three-hour summit is designed to provide high school students with expanded career awareness and preparation for in-demand careers in the Health Science and Information Technology sectors. As a "Learning About Work" experience, participants will hear an inspiring keynote address from a recent graduate of a high school pharmaceutical program. Following the address, students will receive guidance and training to prepare for a future competition focused on creating digital healthcare lessons. This event aims to promote workforce readiness and postsecondary transition, with a focus on providing meaningful opportunities that encompass all learners, particularly those receiving special education services.
