LPAC Framework Overview
El Paso Leadership Academy




The Framework for the Language Proficiency Assessment Committee (LPAC) process includes clarification of the requirements for districts to use for the implementation of a bilingual/ESL program. In this course, participants learn foundational information about emergent bilingual students and how they are identified based on state criteria, are provided a bilingual/ESL education and undergo ongoing and annual review for reclassification and exit.
