SPED & TRANSITION
For Canutillo ISD - Session 1

This session provides an in-depth overview of Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 74, and its impact on graduation planning, endorsements, and accountability. Participants will learn how to apply state graduation requirements, align student schedules with endorsement pathways, and integrate CTE course sequences that support college, career, and military readiness (CCMR) outcomes. The training will also address FAFSA monitoring, performance acknowledgments, and PEIMS data accuracy to ensure compliance and improve accountability ratings.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to apply Chapter 74 requirements to individualized graduation planning, interpret CCMR indicators, align CTE programs of study with labor-market demands, increase FAFSA completion through strategic engagement, and maintain accurate graduation charts and PEIMS coding for state reporting.
