Empathy in Action for Mental Health Educators: Interactive session empowering counselors and staff with mindfulness strategies and tools to build a resilient 'Mental Health Army' for student, parent, and faculty well-being

Parents as Partners:  Explore communication strategies for family involvement, recognizing parent participation as a protective factor for student mental health and ensuring alignment between school and home.
