 These sessions are designed to support district and campus leaders in the implementation of  Bluebonnet Learning through Professional Learning Communities.  Topics that will be covered during the cohort sessions will be: Agendas, Leader Prep and Module internalization, Leading Lesson Internalization & Lesson Rehearsal Coaching, Observation Tool and (other TIL related topic), SWAP & Review data and provide PD on highest area need based on the observations , Reviewing the data and Preparing for the new year, Celebrations and creating sustainable systems.
