This focused three-hour workshop equips you to reduce suicide risk by guiding brief, compassionate conversations around safe storage and access to firearms, medications, and other lethal means.  Across six compact modules--introducing the evidence-based C.A.L.M. framework; identifying at-risk individuals; practicing hands-on means-restriction techniques; engaging families and community partners; navigating legal, ethical, and cultural nuances; and personalized safety plans, and rehearse real-world scenarios.  Interactive demonstrations, role-plays, and ready-to-use scripts ensure you leave with a practical toolkit for immediate implementation.
