"Strategic Planning for Student Success: Developing an Effective LEA Program Plan & District Improvement Plan Aligned with ESSA and TEA Requirements"
This session equips district and campus leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to develop and implement a results-driven LEA Program Plan and District Improvement Plan (DIP) that meets both federal and state requirements under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and Texas Education Agency (TEA) guidelines.
This session will also emphasize the importance of data-informed decision-making, cross-departmental collaboration, and strategic alignment across all federal and state-funded programs. Attendees will explore how to ensure their plans address the needs of all student population including historically underserved groups, and meet requirements for Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, and other ESSA programs.
