You understand and acknowledge that the training you are about to receive does not cover the entire scope of the program and that you are responsible for knowing and understanding all handbooks, manuals, alerts, notices and guidance as well as any other forms of communication that provide further guidance, clarification or instruction on operating the program.

Our services are provided through the Texas Department of Agriculture's Food & Nutrition Programs funded by the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Food & Nutrition Service. The U. S. Food safety is the responsibility of every person in school nutrition programs.  Every action has the potential to impact the safety of the food, whether during purchasing, storing, preparing, holding, serving, or cleaning.  This comprehensive food safety training course provides guidance for school nutrition professionals to assure the preparation and service of safe food and how to manage a safe and sanitary school nutrition operation.
