Student-Centered Transition Network Meeting (SCTN)
Early Childhood Special Education

Transition planning is a process that prepares students with disabilities and their families for that transition from the public school to adulthood.  This monthly meeting is for school district and community transition representatives. We discuss topics relevant to the transition of students with disabilities into adulthood, independent living, employment, and post-secondary education.  This meeting will also provide updates regarding transition at home, SPP 13 updates, and more.

This meeting is also intended for personnel working with young children transitioning from Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) to a Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities.
