You understand and acknowledge that the training you are about to receive does not cover the entire scope of the program and that you are responsible for knowing and understanding all handbooks, manuals, alerts, notices and guidance as well as any other forms of communication that provide further guidance, clarification or instruction on operating the program.

Our services are provided through the Texas Department of Agriculture's Food & Nutrition Programs funded by the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Food & Nutrition Service. The U. S. This course will provide fundamental knowledge in the areas of Entitlement, Menu Planning, Forecasting and DoD Fresh to allow for better use of entitlement funds in the new USDA Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) system. Which will be used to manage USDA Foods for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) in the following areas:
-Ordering
-Entitlement Management
-Receipting (for Direct Ship RAs only)
