ACFP LIVE: Meal Production Records for Child and Adult Centers and At-Risk Afterschool Program and Emergency Shelters (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Supper)




You understand and acknowledge that the training you are about to receive does not cover the entire scope of the program and that you are responsible for knowing and understanding all handbooks, manuals, alerts, notices and guidance as well as any other forms of communication that provide further guidance, clarification or instruction on operating the program.

This class teaches Contracting Entities (CEs) basic Meal Production Record (MPR) skills including how to fill out related forms, how to use meal documentation to support the MPR and how to use the MPR to improve forecasting, communication, organization and to demonstrate compliance.
