You understand and acknowledge that the training you are about to receive does not cover the entire scope of the program and that you are responsible for knowing and understanding all handbooks, manuals, alerts, notices and guidance as well as any other forms of communication that provide further guidance, clarification or instruction on operating the program.

Our services are provided through the Texas Department of Agriculture's Food & Nutrition Programs funded by the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Food & Nutrition Service. The U. S. Important Session Information:


Smart snacks in schools is a collaborative effort between the USDA and the US Department  of Education. This cooperative strategy extends to the school level where school food service professionals, school administrators, teachers, sports teams, clubs and parent organization work to create healthier communities. Smart Snacks supports healthy living and learning with standards for foods and beverages sold in schools during regular campus hours.
