The goal of the Migrant Education Program is to ensure that all migrant students reach challenging academic standards and graduate with a high school diploma (or complete a HSED) that prepares them for responsible citizenship, further learning, and productive employment.

Important Session Information:


Training to LEAs with an Migrant Education Program (MEP) to guide in the establishment of a Parent Advisory Council (PAC) and consult with it in the planning, operation, and evaluation of the Migrant Education Program.  A migrant PAC is comprised of a majority of migratory parents and/or guardians who are empowered to be advocates and supporters of the migrant program because they have a personal stake in the program's success.
