You understand and acknowledge that the training you are about to receive does not cover the entire scope of the program and that you are responsible for knowing and understanding all handbooks, manuals, alerts, notices and guidance as well as any other forms of communication that provide further guidance, clarification or instruction on operating the program.

Our services are provided through the Texas Department of Agriculture's Food & Nutrition Programs funded by the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Food & Nutrition Service. The U. S. A study of personal cleanliness, sanitary practices in food preparation; causes, investigation, control of illness by food contamination; (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points); and workplace safety standards. Participants will receive certificate AFTER completing the course on July 13, 2023  at Eastlake High School training.
