Important Session Information:

"The “Critical Zone” extends from the treetops to the groundwater in the bedrock. Studying the surface of the Earth on which all life inhabits requires a blending of physics, chemistry, biology, math, technology, and creativity! Teachers will interact with CZ scientists and learn about their contemporary research and processes, even taking a field trip to an agricultural research site on Friday. Throughout the PD, participants will engage in hands-on explorations and work with other teachers to make connections to their classroom context and schoolyard science."
