The goal of the Migrant Education Program is to ensure that all migrant students reach challenging academic standards and graduate with a high school diploma (or complete a HSED) that prepares them for responsible citizenship, further learning, and productive employment.

Participants will learn how  the state and its LOAs identify and address the special educational needs of migratory children in accordance with a comprehensive state plan that:

                • Specifies measurable program goals and outcomes,

• Encompasses a full range of available services,

                • Is the product of joint planning, and

• Provides for the integration of services with those provided by other programs

  • How to complete PFS Action Plan
  • MEP Program Requirements
  • Local Needs Assessment Compliance/ Service Delivery Plan
  • Parental Engagement (PAC)
