The Power Card Strategy: An Evidence-Based Practice Using Special Interests in Teaching and Motivation for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (Virtual)

Individuals with ASD often have superior visual-spatial skills and poor auditory memory skills.  The evidence-based practice of Visual Supports (VS), such as Power Cards, provide concrete supports utilizing the strength in visual processing.

In this virtual session participants will learn the power that special interests have on learning, motivation and the importance they serve to individuals with Autism.

Get familiar with the research and components of how to use the Power Card Strategy and then learn the steps to CREATE YOUR OWN!
