This session will introduce participants to the newly adopted Texas Principal Standards and the Texas Principal Evaluation & Support System (T-PESS).  This is a two-day training session in which participants will learn about the newly adopted Texas Principal Standards and the Texas Principal Evaluation & Support System. Participants will gain an increased understanding of the rationale, purposes and essential considerations for implementing the evaluation system with fidelity.

The T-PESS process includes orientation, self-assessment, goal setting and professional development planning (GSPD) as well as beginning of year, middle of year and end of year conferences.
