Summarize objectives of the professional development event/service to be provided:
The teachers and clerk will establish the SPED daily procedures around paperwork, communicating with parents, scheduling ARDs, and preparing and conducting ARD meetings.
Teachers will also receive support on instruction of students served in special education. Through Empathy Interviews that will be conducted on August 4th we will identify potential future needs and plan for follow up training.
As part of this contract, ESC Consultants will provide at least one full coaching cycle (pre- conference, observation, modeling/feedback session for the 4 SPED Teachers.
