Food safety is how food is handled to prevent foodborne illness. Food sanitation is the
cleanliness of
equipment and facilities.
Participants will be able to get certified for two years. Must pass test with an 85 and above. You will receive certificate AFTER completing the course on July 15, 2021 at ESC-Region 19 zoom meeting .
