Strategic Support Plan Overview and Planning (Online)
Spring 2021




This virtual session will introduce your leadership team to the elements of the required Strategic Support Plan (SSP) and discuss how this process will impact student outcomes. Your team will engage in a planning process of the following 8 steps:  Review Sources of Data, Identify Priority Areas, Develop Problem Statement(s), Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Define Annual Goals(s), Develop Strategies for Implementation, Define Implementation Activities, Monitor and Report Progress, in order to complete the Strategic Support Plan prior to the date of submission. Registered participants will receive an email through our Click-N-Learn system that contains the Zoom link and handouts two days prior to the session.
