Communication CONTINUES to shape behavior... Part II




Utilizing a positive adult mindset, we will practice teaching, re-teaching, re-directing and reinforcing our targeted expectations for young children. Through consistent identification of what we want we will increase and continue to impact desired behavior. 
Objectives: 
  1. Define in your own words SEL, Growth Mindset and Expectations.
  2. Plan and implement steps to teach, re-teach, re-direct and reinforce target expectations. 
  3. Identify, through self-assessment, breakdown in communication between adult and child/student regarding expectations.
