Introducing Early Childhood Teachers to the 4 stages of listening, being aware of how to teach listening explicitly and building anticipation through listening. Through a variety of verbal and visual strategies and prompts, classrooms listen together for instruction. This will impact classroom procedures and routines as they are modeled and consistently practiced daily.
