Leading the Learning Co-Op (Zoom)
Building a Strong School and Student Culture




The goal of this co-op is to provide a clear vision for what districts and schools across the state do to ensure an excellent education for all Texas students.  The Effective Schools Framework (ESF) provides the basis for school and district leaders.  This co-op will provide school district leadership teams the opportunity to participate in professional development that is aligned with the ESF Levers which will help support continuous improvement at the campus and district levels.  The five ESF Levers are: Strong School Leadership and Planning, Effective, Well Supported Teachers, Positive School Culture, Effective Instruction, High Quality Curriculum.
