Collaboration Station is all about the Pre-K, Kinder, PPCD teacher and speech language pathologist working collaboratively to develop language/literacy skills across curricular areas through fun and engaging activities. Each Collaboration Station session will focus on a particular book for which extensions into various content areas have been developed by teachers and SLPs in the ESC Region 19 area. Translation...two blissful hours of learning and make-n-take with your fellow professionals and you get the book too! Our goal is to have both the SLP, and the teachers working with them, come to this make and take session together so that there might be collaborative planning...which we all know helps a student progress at their best speed of learning.
