The 2019 Preparing the Workforce of Tomorrow Career and Technical Education Conference is a collaborative effort between ESC Region 19, The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas- El Paso Branch, The Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, our area school districts, and a number of workforce partners to showcase some of the latest updates for CTE Educators. Presenters, exhibitors, and vendors from across the country will engage the audience with ideas and information targeted at our future workforce and help them prepare for an energizing start to the 2019-2020 school year. Conference topics include preparing students for high-skill, high-wage and high-demand careers, strategies for teaching today’s students, learning about instructional technology trends and software, and specialized career trends. This year’s theme will focus on marketing and showcasing CTE programs for effective student recruitment and participation.
