This session is designed to empower new and novice teachers and their mentors. New Teachers will gain valuable tools to build a foundational practice centered by sound principles of teaching. New Teachers will receive strategies and implementation structures in the area of classroom management, Special Populations, key ideas for 1st Teach, Data driven instruction, and intervention strategies. Mentor teachers will enhance their coaching capabilities through leadership structures and learn valuable mentoring principles as they engage in learning opportunities with their new/novice teacher.
