Impact Coaching-Fall 2018




Impact Coaching is a one-day session designed to improve the coaching skills of all participants.  The learning will help to improve coaching interactions within the T-TESS and T-PESS cycles.  The training will focus on the principals, steps and skills necessary to embed a culture of growth, development, and support needed to make each coaching opportunity a cooperative exercise in improving instruction and student achievement.

Highly skilled coaches inspire and guide staff to reach their full potential and positively impact performance at all levels of the organization.  In this two-day workshop, participants will learn and apply specialized coaching skills, tools, and competencies to utilize in the T-TESS and T-PESS observation cycles or any conversation about teaching and learning.
