Important Session Information:
Planning Nutritious Meals and Snacks for Child Care covers basic requirements, recommendations and tools for planning child care CACFP reimbursable, nutritious, economical, and delicious meals and snacks. Participants will receive hands-on experience developing menus that meet USDA meal pattern requirements and TDA recommendations. The class includes an overview on nutrition education resources offered to CE's.
