Food Production Records for Adult Care




CACFP provides aid to child and adult care institutions for the provision of nutritious foods that contribute to the wellness, healthy growth, and development of young children, and the health and wellness of older adults and chronically impaired disabled persons.

Important Session Information:


The Food Production Record class is a 3 hour training that addresses food production basics.  Participants will learn about the many useful functions of a food production record, the required information, and how to complete a record.  Participants are then given an opportunity to complete FPR's through applied learning exercises.
