Students of poverty are typically underrepresented in our gifted programs. This session will focus on the social and emotional aspects of poverty that often prevent gifted students in poverty from being identified. We will explore opportunities that will help us recognize how to identify and serve gifted and talented students from low Socioeconomic Status.
