Speech Language Pathology Webinars-Fall 2017
Webinar 1: The Ethics of AAC: Providing Robust Communication for All Students

Come and grow with us again through this year's interactive webinar series; an excellent source of continuing education for many in the community of speech pathologists and other school staff.

TSHA CEUs: 2.5 hrs.

Audience

Speech/Language Pathologist

Important Session Information:

Speech Language Pathologists are the professionals most qualified to address the complex communication needs of students who do not speak orally.  However, not every SLP has the knowledge base to sufficiently assess and intervene with students who need Augmentative and Alternative Communication.  This session is an ethics-based call to action so that every SLP's work embodies the principle that every student should have meaningful access to a robust communication system.  SLPs who attend this session will receive basic to intermediate techniques and tools.

This SLP Webinar may be accessed through the internet using your personal computer.       For more information contact Norma Perez (915) 780-5348 or nmperez@esc19.net
